Questions trainers ask
Do participants need to install anything or sign up?
No. Only the group lead uses a phone: they scan the group's QR code and the tool opens in the browser. Everyone else just takes part in the discussion.
Which languages does it work in?
The discussion language is detected automatically, so groups can talk in the language they work in. The lead chooses whether the summary is written in English, Estonian or Russian, and switching the language translates an existing summary.
What do I see as the trainer?
The summaries the groups have sent you, their timers and who is connected. You never see the transcript. A group's ideas reach you only after its lead presses Send.
Can a group change the AI summary?
Yes. The lead can edit every point before sending it, record more and have the new ideas added at the end, or rebuild the summary from the whole discussion.
What if the room has no second screen?
Then the wall view opens in the same window as your panel. You can also share it in a Teams or Zoom window, so it works with whatever screen you have.
How many groups can I run at once?
Up to 3 groups per workshop in the free trial, and up to 12 on Pro.
Does it need an internet connection?
Yes. The group lead's phone and your laptop both need to be online, over Wi-Fi or mobile data.
What happens when the trial ends?
The trial starts when you confirm your email and ends after 14 days or 5 workshops, whichever comes first. To keep running workshops, choose Pro.
